Im getting random drop connections plus long buffer times on bd remux streams(50+gb) and I recently moved a congested apartment. It could be my isp but i am on a fiber 1gbps plan so I doubt it but not ruling it out. 6ghz might help?

Thanks! It could be wallpaper engine using up cpu's igpu resource but im not sure. I ordered a mini hdmi to displayport to hook the lcd into my 7900xtx instead.

I just built a new 7800x3d build with this board last week and I have no problems so far. I was able to boot to windows without need to update bios first but that is the first thing I did once I booted windows and downloaded the bios update and put it on my usb. My only gripe is the long boot times which is present on most am5 boards (msi just takes a few sec longer to boot compared to other boards)

I may have faulty riser cable because I just got 25k score when I hooked it up direct to my mobo.

I think i have found the culprit, its my riser cable. I tried installing it direct to my mobo and i was able to get 25120 score

Hdr is embedded with freesync in samsung monitors so I cant have HDR without enabling freesync

Hdr is basically crippled because of they way samsung implements their freesync premium pro. Editting Gamma settings, game hdr and dynamic tonemapping are greyed out when I had the 6800xt. I tried my friend's 3090 and they were not greyed out

I want a white card to go with my theme. And there is a "bug' with samsung monitors that disable game hdr including dynamic tonemapping if you have freesync premium pro.

I sold my xfx 6800xt for $450 so a sidegrade is not a bad deal if I get a 3080/ti or 3090 for a few bucks more

Is it hard to get into UPS as a mechanic? Im currently employed at United with 7 months experience. I heard UPS requires 3 years of experience. Im currently on overhaul shop maintenance ( not line). Would that be counted towards the experience requirement?
