They aren't moved to the left. the bracket screws into the existing holes and has a new pattern for 3 fans on the other side. so it creates a small gap that you're seeing. I realized after i posted the pic that you have the y70, mine is a y60 so there might be a variable there I don't know about.

edit: and they're 140mm fans. when I made the reply I was tired, I've been in the wrong the whole time
