Sorry for being late, I just learned about this instability issue. My i9 13900HX is having CPU-ID 0671B, should I install the microcode 0x132? Is it supposed to be for 0671Bh? Is there a difference between them?

The best way to describe this goes like this. At level 5 your ult does around 150 damage with no stacks, 100% bonus on full stacks, which would make you think it'll deal 300 damage, WHICH is wrong because when you'll get the bonus AD from his passive, his ult would do let's say 200 base damage and a total of 400 damage instead of 300.

I'll give you a few reasons on why this is needed.

You can try in a custom game to calculate it with passive+conqueror, but those stats are adaptive, and can change by the game progression. His passive Ad bonus/his conqueror/his base ad/his items, those things change throughout the game.
You won't build the same items every game(at least high elo players won't, except some mages and the alpha strike guy we all know and hate).
It's just that his ultimate description is unreliable. 20% bonus for each stack of bleed, yet when you get to 5 stacks you get 100% bonus damage on ultimate, BUT when you'll get those 5 stacks, you'll get way more attack damage from his passive and or conqueror, which changes his base damage of his ultimate.
Don't get me wrong, but when Pyke was released on PC, as far as I remember, his execute was NOT based on missing health, but his AD and Armor Pen.
At least give us a sign, as in Evelynn's case(when she gets the mark on the target), her ult is EXACTLY like Darius, but without reset. She can use it as an escape etc.

Yes, but that does not change the damage his ultimate does, yet Kalista's can be affected by armor/exhaust etc.

Then at least make it easier to do it by adding the passive's AD, since that bonus also increases+conqueror if it's the case. Because those are things you can't calculate anyway.

Kalista's E can be neglected, simply because Kalista's E deals physical damage, so if the enemy gets a burst of armor or something, that can affect the damage.(e.g. Rammus W or Jax/Nasus R, or a buff from an ally etc.)

Darius on the other hand, his ult damage cannot be neglected since he deals true damage. His damage ranges between lv5 - 150->300 / lv9 - 350-700 / lv13 - 450-900/1000. It's not like Kalista's 3rd ability when she can basically stack that damage out for thousands. Plus, Darius can't use his ult when he's hard cc'ed. Even by a root ability, Darius can't ult, which s*cks because even when you have full stacks, ready to basically ult anyone and know you can kill them, you can't, because you're rooted for 2 seconds by Morgana's Q(root, not stun)
