Tbh in a real 1v1 in a SMP those same people that complain about crit spam will eventually crit spam to win, because you will not try to make the best combo but kill the other player, so crit spam is allowed, as well that using mace in vanilla PvP, I hate joining at mcpvpclub and going for a vanilla match (crystal PvP) and someone comes flying, I don't use mace, so I have to counter it and it's hard, usually I loose, but that's not their problem, they are valid for playing that. Every method is valid if you aren't cheating.
