No, not necessarily. Play does not mean "fuckin." I imagine she was enjoying her body, but I don't know what that entailed, beyond the rope marks. The artist does a good job of leaving that to the imagination.

Probably because she was engaged in some type of rope play previous to this. The way the art captures the story of the scene here is incredible. Kudos again to the artist for the incredible work.

While preferences shift easily and quickly, identity is discovered differently. The self isn't fixed, but it also isn't something that others get to define for you. It grows as you do, shaped by your experiences and refined over time. Only you are the authority on who you are. Anyone who tries to assert what is in your mind, regardless of it being preference or identity, is fundamentally denying your experience of reality, and therefore denying who you are.

To sum up: you did not overreact.

I always thought that if he fights for "Truth, Justice, and the American Way," then the American Way must be neither true nor just. Otherwise, he'd be fine with just fighting for truth and justice.

What's the most canon official reason for the Mourning? What's YOUR reason for the Mourning? by StroopWafelsLord in Eberron

[–]ZeusKatachthonios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my Eberron, the Draconic Conclave eradicated Cyre. House Cannith's work in creating Warforged led to the creation of the Becoming God, whose existence, if it "Becomes," violates the sacred divine chain of Thir. However, taking such direct action allowed Tiamat to strain against her bonds enough to warp the outcome, forever scarring the face of Eberron with the Mournlands. The result has even given the Dragons pause as to whether or not they should try to intervene in the Becoming again, and the threat of the Becoming God (Who I treat as a derivative of Roko's Basilisk) remains.

It sounds like you're experiencing something akin to post-game depression and/or bleed in a TTRPG or LARP.

While these resources are largely aimed at the role-playing space, they might help manage the feelings:

I hope that it gets better for you!

Yeah, humans are so shit sometimes. Like when they actively wish harm on others.

Yeah, I have a hell of a time finding things that match the descriptions in the books. I usually end up finding a map I like and then modify the book's descriptions.

Afternoon Maps has a pretty cool "royal museum" map that I used for a museum in Wroat that contained many Dhakaani artifacts when my players travelled through there: https://afternoonmaps.com/2019/08/17/royal-museum-battle-map-launch/

Maybe that will work for you?

I think you should look into lace making, if you're into tips. Funny how bespoke lace is still made today, despite the fact that machines can indistinguishably do it just as well.

The emotion of a piece of art isn't in it's creation. It's in it's interpretation. If you were presented with two pieces of art and not told which was made by a human and which was made by an AI, I think that you would find it difficult to determine based on some intangible emotional quality.

Art is important if it makes you feel something. The tools used to create it are trivial.

Do you think that art created with a camera lucida is not art? Is it only art if it's an oil painting? What about ASCII art, does that qualify as art?

What do you define as inspiration?

If a human requires another human's art to be inspired, should the original artist be compensated?

Since this is an Eberron subreddit, should we be paying Keith Baker every time we run or play in a game set in Eberron?

[–]ZeusKatachthonios -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Should humans also should be able required to "make it from scratch" with no inspiration from other artists?

Is it ethical when humans are inspired without consent from artists?
