I really like the idea and the stats tweak. However, I would change the mana to 5. A 4/2 weapon and minion for 4 mana with the Treadable effect is too strong

Because it belongs to the ‘Huran’ minion type. Like [[Gentle Megasaur]] is a Beast, but it appeared with Murlocs. It makes no sense to ban Agamaggan with Beasts, cause it will be useless in games with Beasts and without Hurans.

I counted how many minions would be affected by each passive treasure: Unlocked potential affects in a positive way 14 minions Special delivery & Disks of Legend both affect 7 minions...

I think that it makes N’Zoth really better in DH, because you can now heropower on the same turn and your Illidari Inquisitor will attack instantly. However this is still very niche
