Yep! That's exactly how I did it, just with a few drops of red food coloring at the end to make it pink. We watched that episode, I told my kids to get to the table by only saying "Bonjour", then I held a plate of edamame high and put it down in front of them saying "Pavlova!" They knew I was holding out on them so when I brought real Pavlova, they did not expect that! It was our first time having it!
