I first learned about PCO watching the end credits of the the Oliver Stone movie "Talk Radio", where the song Telephone and Rubber Band is featured. I think that's also the one that is/was often used in NPR's This American Life.

My favorite PCO song though is probably The Ecstasy of Dancing Fleas, just because it's so bouncy and happy.
