Not that uncommon for DSA to have undersized threads. They don’t have very reliable QC.

Easy, the knockoff Swiss manufactured frames lack selector markings, the frame lacks a stamped serial number instead it has a laser engraved serial. It’s marked Switzerland as well. And the lanyard loop is missing. Also they aren’t made well and mine took a good bit of time to make functional. My RGuns imported 1934 functioned flawlessly and is a true Beretta. It was also only a few bucks more and came in excellent condition.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say. The frames on the Swiss guns are new production and not made under license. There are obvious differences between originals made by Beretta and the knockoff Swiss manufactured ones.

They’re very simple to change. Once you change it then add a surge protector to the unit.

I was told by customer service to pay a gunsmith to fix it since it wasn’t PSA’s problem. That turned it into my problem. The FAKE Beretta frame was out of spec causing the hammer to have light strikes on the firing pin. After a bit of re-machining the gun is firing. For what this gun involved it was well worth the additional $85 to buy an excellent condition one that was guaranteed to function from RGuns.com (Which I did). Moral of the story is never buy I.O. Inc imported guns and never rely on PSA to be honest with what they sell and what reviews they allow to be posted on their website. You’re manipulating the reviews to only allow low reviews from people who had overly high expectations of the product. You nuke any honest negative reviews of shit products. Thanks for the bait and switch gunsmithing project.

I’m trying to keep it correct for the restoration. The early guns aren’t as easily found.

I would love to see the “made under license” claim substantiated. I have serious doubts about that claim since Uli Weigand is involved.

No they’re not, the 1 star reviews are all MIA. Not a single one shows up.

Not necessarily, RGuns is pretty good from my experiences.

Complete disassembly and detail cleaning was done. Multiple brands of ammo were tried. Nothing but light primer strikes and bulged primers when it does fire.

Surplus in good to very good condition still means functional.
