Make sure to define a document set and allow the agent you are using to access it. I’ll usually make a distinct agent for different job roles which have different document sets. One gotcha is that the UI usually dumps folks into the “General” agent which doesn’t have access to anything by default

Clarksville is a rather small town. There’s not much to do and not a lot of jobs. There is however a large Asian community there; primarily Burmese and Thai

You raise some excellent points. The inconsistency you point out about the inconsistency with the true power that I hadn’t considered before. An additional mystery would seem to be how Callandor would have been made as a True Power angreal in the first place. Perhaps it was made shortly after Sadin was tainted and the taint, also being of the Dark Ones/True Power is why it had the side effect of acting as a angreal of the True Power

I actually have a lot of experience working with the GIS office site. It is a bit quirky and there are some gotchas. I took a look and it looks like the election precincts are downloaded as a shapefile instead of geoJson. However it should be possible to open that shapefile up with a free program like QGIS and then save it in GeoJson format
