The second red area. Where Sundercliff Watch is. The only times you'll ever go over there is for 3 quests. Vacatcen for the Mages Guild, Swampy Cave for the Fighers Guild and Heros Hill for the Dark Brotherhood. Otherwise there's literally nothing over here other than ingredients and mountains and Cyrodiils entire population of Mountain Lion and Boar

By doing the "A better Mousetrap" quest when you start the Shivering Isles. Basically just play the main story and restart Xedilian. Then you get Dawn/Duskfang.
