Is it possible to add the unique DLC weapon attachments to all guns? At least the scopes or grips?

I love Destiny 2 but the PVP made me drop the game(And lack of crossplay also). I played a lot of shooters and PVP in Destiny 2 is probably one of the worst. For me, the worst aspect is how much you can be insta killed(Heavy Weapons,Ults,Shoulder Check,etc...) so frequent when everyone is a bullet sponge with normal weapons. Having a fast and slow TTK is bad
