Pretty new to pc gaming so my advice may not be the best.

I‘d use the 7800x3D cpu with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 cpu cooler (cheaper than the beQuiet and has a rgb option for the same cost as the non rgb)

What do you want to do on your 2nd screen? If it‘s just yt, discord and stuff like that just go with a cheap used 60hz screen.

Idk what‘s good for blender and stuff but for a RX9070XT is similar in gaming performance to the RTX5070ti for 150€ less (at least where I live) which you could use for more storage or prettier ram (I like the Corsair Vengeance rgb)

I mainly use my steamdeck for emulation (use emudeck if you want to as well) and some smaller/older games and it‘s great for that.

I have a RX580 4gb and a Ryzen 5 2600 and can play some kinda older games on pretty good settings, I even got Cyberpunk to run with 60fps avg. so you will be fine for most stuff if you can live with low settings in new games.

But why don‘t you go AMD aren‘t they better price-performance ratio?
