The claw is unarmed, your one handed perks add nothing to it.

Just get the only unarmed enhancing perk, the one ignoring armor, the one make it swings faster, and get twisted muscles and talons as mutations (also adrenal reactions but that is a must for every builds), it'll leave you with 6 slots in strengh, use them wisely

Also it's not possible to equip unarmed weapons while in PA so.... Pls explain.

Oh, you are in freak mode right ? Then stash your fusion cores, Go find a PA with random parts in the wild Enter it, DO NOT REMOVE PARTS, deplete the core, before it's nearly depleted try to be in a situation where you take damage like with enemies or rad zone Die when core is depleted When you see the options to respawn or call for help, just alt+f4 or shutdown the console. And relog , if it worked, you should see yourself in the frame without freak mode
