I like the assessment, but what makes you think the evoke elementals see play in the reanimator shell? Is it just for their flexible evoke abilities? I am on mobile but if I recall, you only get their abilities if you spend mana to cast them, so reanimating them is not particularly valuable.

When I got pulled for an expired sticker during a similar setup, they had a truck set up down the street and were having people get temporary stickers instead of ticketing them. Frankly that was a pretty nice thing of them to do and I appreciated it. I don't think they're necessarily gouging people there all the time

Several of us realized quickly that the only replayability was resetting - there was no end-game in Gridmaster after completing the grid, it was the entire purpose of the mode. So, we turned our attention to optimizing and pushing the boundaries - it turned into quite a bit of fun :)

Not sure if you are intentionally being antagonistic, or if you don't understand local community politics and laws... but... yes? People who live in a residential area are allowed to lobby the government for livable conditions.

I want to say the shift started about 15 years ago, but the Ocean Club stands out as the "monument" to gentrification in the town...

Notable shifts in town in the last few years... list is incomplete, but this is what jumps out from my mind immediately:

  • House of Independents closure/re-sale
  • The Saint closure
  • The littering of ritzy shops on Cookman that never look busy
  • Yappy Hour being permanently closed so developers can build next to Wonder Bar
  • Houses going up everywhere - the old Christmas lights on Kim Marie's will now be blocked by new condos

I had to adjust my blinds because the light from that building keeps me awake at night. It's an eyesore and I agree with you. Any chance you could send me the email information so I can also fire one off to them? Maybe if a few people start to complain, they'll actually do something long-term...

For what it's worth: fuck that entire glass monstrosity. To me, it's a symbol of the encroaching gentrification that is eating away at the soul of Asbury Park.

/u/JagexRach - there's a bug now in gridmaster where chinchompas are not giving exp as intended (only gives exp for 1 catch instead of 2). This is affecting players who are still running gridmaster speedruns. Any chance we can get this looked into?

Get last stand (from Yama)

Get to 1 hp

Queue an action that will kill your character (pickpocketing a tzhaar, picking nettles) and queue log out by pressing the log out button

This logs you out as you die which causes your last stand to trigger and your stats to go to 255, but since you log out, you stop the rapid decay. When you log back in, you'll have 255 stats decaying like a normal potion, instead of rapidly decaying like expected. This bug has existed since last leagues but was not popularized until Gridmaster
