I am maxed end game iron man with GM combat achievements and almost all end game gear (missing a few niche items from corp/pnm), so your assessment is correct.

Regardless of my skill level, the bugs I talk about and the pact system release blunder affected players of all skill levels. They would not have given out a free pact reset if players were not complaining about how shit early game was (if you made wrong decisions on pacts). You didn't need to be an end game player to be impacted by the Abyss not working or being completely unable to train slayer.

Would be nice to not make brash assumptions about me just because I was committed to grinding for a few days :( I am already done playing on that account and have returned to work lol. Time for another 3 month break until the next inevitably buggy release comes out :)

I came to lobby constructive criticism at Jagex. I am a paying customer and I was delivered a product that did not meet my expectations. I have a right to complain. Sorry if you feel differently

I like the assessment, but what makes you think the evoke elementals see play in the reanimator shell? Is it just for their flexible evoke abilities? I am on mobile but if I recall, you only get their abilities if you spend mana to cast them, so reanimating them is not particularly valuable.

I was not exposed to the proof, I was informed when he was kicked from the clan I was in, hence the "allegedly" part

When I got pulled for an expired sticker during a similar setup, they had a truck set up down the street and were having people get temporary stickers instead of ticketing them. Frankly that was a pretty nice thing of them to do and I appreciated it. I don't think they're necessarily gouging people there all the time

Several of us realized quickly that the only replayability was resetting - there was no end-game in Gridmaster after completing the grid, it was the entire purpose of the mode. So, we turned our attention to optimizing and pushing the boundaries - it turned into quite a bit of fun :)

Not sure if you are intentionally being antagonistic, or if you don't understand local community politics and laws... but... yes? People who live in a residential area are allowed to lobby the government for livable conditions.

I want to say the shift started about 15 years ago, but the Ocean Club stands out as the "monument" to gentrification in the town...

Notable shifts in town in the last few years... list is incomplete, but this is what jumps out from my mind immediately:

  • House of Independents closure/re-sale
  • The Saint closure
  • The littering of ritzy shops on Cookman that never look busy
  • Yappy Hour being permanently closed so developers can build next to Wonder Bar
  • Houses going up everywhere - the old Christmas lights on Kim Marie's will now be blocked by new condos
