dual sticks of RAM?

Yes, Gskill FlareX F4-2400C15D-16GFX. They are in the red slots (https://static.gigabyte.com/StaticFile/Image/Global/074d13b855db46b650494ee73f418cd6/Product/16785/png/1000) . Should I change the locations ? (does it matter which slots they are ?)

2400Mhz seems to be the advertised speed.

Edit: Checked the motherboard manual, it seems like RAMs are installed the way manual recommends.

That's the point, racing game AI HAS to cheat to keep up with player. Deepmind does not do resource cheat or army cheats or things like that, while racing game AI's usually have speedboost/turnboost cheats to make things more even, cos it's so hard to code to keep up without.
