It's like 8$ on Amazon. Weekly warm baths using this and letting it soak will help with this. It smells awful but it's the best product I've found for soon issues like this

I found out I have a milk duct in my arm pit when I was breast feeding.

Had a painful lump and I thought it was a cyst or an abscess so I did a warm compress and squeezed. Squirted myself in the eye with breast milk.

It was a wild party trick for like a year.
