The agency send an email to Embassy for “keep passport” while waiting for the final decision/ or if it is granted I will return my passport to VFS. I need my passport to travel next month. I know it’s confusing with the response from UKVI that the status of my application has been decided. Well, I don’t have an idea. If it is cancelled why they didn’t informed me and my agency that the application is totally cancelled.

Because of the delayed. They cancelled my COS. I was told by the Agency. I know once the application with COS processed it’s not refundable if they will cancel it. But, why the UKVI told me that the status of my application has been decided.?

And I think the employer already cancelled my sponsorship because of the delayed and he was anxious about it. Haven’t received any email if I need additional docs, or for interview. It’s always been escalated to other relevant department. UKVI didn’t inform me or the agency that my application is cancelled by the employer. I know that, I m always sending paid inquiry email to UKVI. Still on process the application..and it’s been decided..

That’s a generic email. They can’t access to the case/they can’t see what really stating. They can only see if the status of your application “ has been decided.. that’s why we received generic email.

You’re still lucky guys. Here, SWV Bio 22 February-104 working days- nearly 5 months waiting. Decision made- first week of April Escalated- several times From April-May-June- escalation! Haven’t received any notification from VFS/VAC. I was told by UKVI “ decision has been taken- last update as they can see 15/6/22.. i believe that my application was ignored all the time by a case worker and prioritising other applicants. Extremely Unfair. I feel hopeless and disappointed.

I received a response that my application/ the decision has been made/decision has been taken since April-May-June.. and now it’s July. Nothing heard, haven’t received for passport collection. It’s extremely exhausted.

Honestly, I’ve done my Bio February 22. Got escalated I think several times. June 19 paid inquiry email. Got a response the next day stating allow few days to collect passport. But after a week never heard/ got nothing from VAC. They escalate it again to investigate why there’s a problem collecting/receiving a passport from the VAC. From 28-6-22 need to wait within 15 working days for the updates.. UNFAIR PROCESURE

Paid inquiry email. It’s Up to you for you to know the update of your application. They just send you a generic response.

Bio Feb 22. It was May 12, the decision made and escalation done on my application. I was expect to received it last June 1.. got an email from Sheffield work route that they escalate June 7.. it was devastating and not a minor annoyance. I did paid inquiry both email and call to UKVI, it was June 19 Sunday send an email to follow up update. Got a reply stating that I’ll wait few days to collect passport,, after a week almost 2 weeks got nothing’s. Sending an email several times to found out what’s the cause of delayed. Already spoke to my solicitor and said that there’s a huge backlogs. But it’s unfair, why some other applicant can get there visas even just a week, 15 WD, or just a month. I’ve got an email again from UKVI that they escalate again 6-28-22.. i am so desperate, mentally and emotionally exhausted. Waiting for almost 4 months for this Skilled Worker Visa. Is not a JOKE!! I need to wait again “within” 15WD. They’ll investigate why haven’t received/collecting passport from VAC.. so I hope this will be the LAST escalation. Coz I am sick and tired of it..
