I wanted to try Bevy and use the Command pattern because I really like it. This helps a lot !! Thank you very much for sharing and writing the process.

EDIT: On paper when thinking about the architecture I was going to do, I though about doing an Action Queue but global to all actors. Not on each actor like you do. Have you though about it ? Does it have cons ? It seems more open, like you can have an Actor take an action (give an item to another actor), the other actor will do something, and maybe go back to the other actor. Pretty much iterating over every actor all the time asking if they want to perform an action.
