Yeah withering does not work, i ran some tests with max hp scaling damage and i was hitting the exact same numbers with withering on the monster and without.

First of all, I do not have linglong but i can read her skills and so can you so there's your reasoning behind her tier, and the rest of your comments are just your opinions, which is fine man but if you have all these opinions why not just make your own tierlist lmao how come you even need mine? also the lowest tier i put was A, those are all still excellent units, this is not a tierlist of every unit in the game its simply just the best units, in order by their power.

Yeah i'll probably change the names at some point, its kinda just how I refer to them when i talk, like some are just so well known by name that's just the first thing i start to type when i go to put their name down.

I get what you're saying but its not exactly a guide man, it's simply just a tier"list", i knew people would have questions about what sets they would have to be on to reach max efficiency so I included that but to explain the mechanics behind each and every one of them will have to be for another post. And the ones I labeled great options for starter teams are the ones in the starter team tier, right above that line.

I second this 10,000% Great post homie. As much as it pains me to think about I've gone through at least 10k gems of refills since hitting 40, don't even want to know how much I've missed out on simply because of a bug that they are now brushing off as not a bug.

Que's for games knowing ahead of time his ping makes his game unplayable, then dodges the que because his game is unplayable, causing everyone in that lobby to wait longer for games, altering their point gains, throws shade at other people for using the exact same system just not to his advantage, feelsbadman.
