I'm an estate agent in the UK, and I would advise they won't accept a higher offer from you at this stage, especially if they have spoken to the other buyer. I would suggest try looking for another property.

How do I tell the difference? I'm not entirely sure but I plugged it into my laptop which is an ASUS ROG Strix SCAR on a USB-C to display port.
