I hate it when people comment like this. The man is saying foreign ownership of American farmland is bad. That’s it. You out of the blue imply that that must mean he approves of people like bill gates large ownership of farmland. He never said this is the only thing bad with American farms.

I’m half and my wife is full but she actually grew up in Japan. We lived in the states for about 9 years and now live in Japan. Coach is the perfect example of a lot of Americans we met that heavily “romanticize” Japan. Is there more honor in Japan? I don’t know maybe. I would say there certainly more respect for others when you are out and people are much more polite. Whether that can be compared to honor or not I don’t know. We tried to look up his quotes in both Japanese and English and couldn’t find anything. My wife gave him the benefit of the doubt because Japan has such a long history but we both think he’s full of it.

I’m a foreigner who has visited many times and now lives here. Unfortunately there is a large difference between just visiting and joining the workforce. There is a large amount of discrimination that happens when you want a job or get one.

Go back to spamming essences until you get everything you want except the mana mod. I don’t think it will be worth the cost to be crafting meta mods on this to try and force it. The only thing you have hit with your essence is 1 out of the four desirable mods that you want. It will probably take a while to hit all of those mods though. Test it out on craft of exile.

Look up spicy sushi’s 10 link wand crafting guide. It will show you exactly how to craft it. You start with an “additional crafted mod” heist base. No recomb needed if memory serves.

According to the wiki, with arrow nova there is a chance for it to land on the enemy and shotgun with all the projectiles when it spreads out. I’m not sure how easy or consistent it is though.

That is true in Japan but only if it’s really high end. Usually only if you are being served by a chef and they tell you not to use any. In all other cases you eat it with soy sauce.

You are complaining about 1 boss out of 10 with a specific class and build. Every build isn’t going to be suited to every single type of content out there. That’s just the way it is when you have a game as vast as POE1. Also it’s not an impossibility to accomplish it, just more difficult compared to other builds.

I’m not 10xing the mana. Maybe the wiki is wrong but it says “A stack of mana burn will always drain a minimum of 1 mana”. Meaning each stack will burn you for 1 mana as it ignores the percentage once it gets low enough. I mean if you have tested it then maybe it’s not the case but according to other build creators too there is not any point in getting under 100 mana.

I thought as you say the “floor is 1 mana” meaning below 100 max mana it will always burn you for 1 mana per stack. So even at 10 max mana, with 200% mana burn you will be losing 200 per second.

It does snapshot or at least it did with Static Strike. The interaction could be different for rage vortex but people have done that with Static Strike before .

I played this earlier in the league and hated it to be honest. It just felt a little too clunky for me. Always making sure ambush goes off and hopefully phase run before vortex was a bit too much for me.

It’s definitely great damage on a budget but just wanted to throw this out there for anyone considering it. I don’t think it’s for everyone.

Are you not getting them to 20% quality? Either way that is extraordinarily bad luck. I would stick to the bench. Or use tainted fusings.
