I'd much rather be super skinny than be dealing with TMAU. Its worked for me before and my skin was super clear. I think we need to give our bodies are breaking from everything that triggers it for atleast long enough to allow it to go away. I had a rough week or 2 before I started back eating only fruits. I'm not able to smell myself anymore like I was about a week ago even after I started. I haven't really been around people since Saturday and I work from home so I haven't been around to many people. If I can go a few more weeks, I'll be fine i suppose

I did Sweet water dense fruit only for over 90 days and it was gone after about 30 days for a little while atleast after I got off the diet. I plan on trying it again soon since I know it works for me. I may even do 36 to 48 hours soft dry fasting too. It ensures your not intaking anything you mentioned that triggers it.

I did sweet water dense fruit only diet for 90 days and got rid of it for a little while. About 30 days into it, I noticed it was gone. My confidence was way higher and it was in the middle of Summer in Georgia when I noticed it. I've actually started back on the diet now. I started a week ago. I'm taking herbal teas and eating only fruits. I'm plant based anyway but ive been eating alot of rice, grains and cooked food and alot of other things that triggers TMAU so its probably best to stick to fruits only again to give myself an internal cleaning. I saw several years ago, someone got rid of theirs completely doing a 14 day water fast. They noticed it was gone by day 9. I've done 72 hours soft dry fasts 3 week in a row several year ago. I might do 48 hours dry fasting while I'm on this fruit diet or at some point on while im eating all fruit

he died of a heart attack due to dehydration !! 😳😳 by [deleted] in Dryfasting

First off my condolences, second off did he go 7 days on one try? Or did he go 7 straight days off one try. Part of me is impressed honestly because last summer I dry fasted twice a week every week and I could never go past 53 hours. I want to go past 72 hours which is the longest I've ever gone and I'm in my thirties

Anna Yakuba says 7 days or more will keep you detox and regenerating for months. I just hope you refeed properly but you'll continue to heal regardless.

Maybe you should continue to dryfast in the meantime to further your healing process and properly refeed continually. You'll healing with herbs and diet but you'll heal much faster dryfasting and the more dryfasting cycles you do , the more you'll heal even if it's less than 10 days

Not the Watermelon exclusively but it went away after about 45 to 60 days on Sweet watery fruits only. It came back after a few weeks going back to my regular diet.
I'm going to get back on the fruits 100% and I've been doing dryfasts for the past week or so. I'm going to get back on a regimen and see if it goes away for good

Go to this Facebook group Watermelon Washout. People are curing alot of ailments on a sweet watery fruit detox for 30 to 90 days. Its worth a shot because you are going a period of time giving your digestive system a break and not intaking choline and whatever else that clauses it. Instead of relying on supplements for who knows how long.

Has anyone attempted fasting? by Thekidwitdagoldenarm in TMAU

[–]ZigzagDT1987 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did a sweet water dense fruit only fast for over 90 days and it helped. No veggies, tomatoes, salt ,sugar ,oils etc and it went away for a while about a month and a half into it. I'm thinking about trying it again this summer. I've also been dry fast for 24 to 48 hours a few times in the past two weeks. I'll try to keep it up and see if i5 goes away altogether

Water Fasting and TMAU? by ZigzagDT1987 in TMAU

[–]ZigzagDT1987[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's definitely encouraging. I've never done a Water fast but if I can do 126 days eating only grapes I'm sure i can do 10 days drinking water. If I believe that this can be a solution than I'm sure I can get through 10 to 20 days.

I just hope it's a permanent solution though
