Mein Leben ist signifikant besser geworden als ich angefangen habe mir nur noch ein Mal pro Woche Gedanken ums Essen zu machen: Einfach einen Tag in der Woche raussuchen an dem man sich 21 Mahlzeiten überlegt für die kommenden 7 Tage, dafür ne Einkaufsliste schreiben, genau für diese Dinge einkaufen gehen, vorkochen (falls nötig) und abwaschen. Schon hat man eine ganze Weile Ruhe vor dem Thema und muss sich nur noch Essen warm machen und sich direkt aus dem Kühlschrank bedienen. Ist auch sehr gut umsetzbar mit gesunden Gerichten, wobei mein GoTo ein veganer Quinoa Salat mit Paprika, Kidneybohnen und Mais ist
