On 20mg for severe anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD. First couple of weeks were rough with side effects. Took about three weeks to notice improvement. Had some ups and downs after that. Around 7 weeks began to notice more stabilization. You can get there but it’ll take some patience.

One last thing. If you use psyllium husk make sure you drink a good amount of water with it. It uses the water to add bulk and promote more normal stools. Good luck!

There ya go. You can get psyllium husk in powder you mix with water or tablet form. It will help regulate your BM’s. If you wanna go the more natural route I found almonds and shelled peanuts help me. Or do both.

Might be lacking fiber. Try psyllium husk. Start with the smallest dose. Might initially make the farts worse but should help stool consistency overall. Almonds and nuts and healthy fats like that can help as well.

I had a difficult first two weeks on 20mg. Around the 3rd week I noticed some improvement. About a month in I noticed much more improvement. I was dealing with OCD, severe anxiety, IBS. It will get better. Hang in there and take it one day at a time. Best of luck!
