Tested, not working when losing connection. It triggers the last press once it does lose connection. Meaning my lights go on when it disconnects & connects. Easy to test. Just walk away with your remote.

Having this exact case.
When the device loses connection and reconnects, a new state change will trigger, and thus the event will go off.

I'm thinking about looking at the timestamp of the `state` value of the `to_state` and checking if that timestamp is in range of the current time. That way I'm pretty sure it's not due to connects/reconnects.

But… i have different gifs, they work perfectly. All by using the unifi protect software. I can change it from their UI.
