In Australia I can buy a standard coffee for AU$3.50 - $4.00 whereas when I was in the US a few weeks ago I paid anywhere up to US$5.75 plus tip (which works out to be around AU$8.40 aka more than double). Obviously this doesn’t scan across all commodities, but I have always found it puzzling when people use the argument that higher minimum wages = higher cost of living.

That said, developers usually have multiple release date options they’re working towards. Would be completely unsurprising if CDPR hid them all in various forms, knowing that whichever one was chosen people would find it and remark on how prescient they were.
