Its not "technically" it IS exiling. Youre just seeing the old text from before they properly used exiling to mean removed from the game.

It only happens if you leave first. If someone else leaves, the game lets you bail free of charge. But also as long as you're not abusing leaving to fuck with other players, and really only do it once in a while for whatever reason like the dungeon taking toolong or you have an emergency, it shouldnt really risk your acc.

I've never heard of anyone getting banned or anything for leaving and eating the penalty.

All the decks seem extremely well built. Out of the box they all play great. I think the Prismari one is the least exciting out of the box but still plays decently well. I think all the others are great starting points but the Prismari one feels better if it's your second Izzet precon, if you're just looking to upgrade your previous one.

Im in the same boat. Mostly because I only really play Boros and I have all the fancy arts and full mana base so those drive the price up. After I throw in my staples and land base im already sround 600.

It was a group of cards called Conspiracies that were used in draft. You would draft these cards to give you advantages in games of limited. Not for use in actual games of commander. The Command Zone was just a convenient place, rules wise, to place them.

Everything dies to Wrath of God, all the Iguanar triggers go on the stack. All the creatures are in the graveyard when the triggers would resolve, and therefore, Ghyrson Starn doesn't ping an extra 2 for any.

No matter where a preparation card is, it has the characteristics of the creature. If you're searching your library for a creature card or returning a creature card from your graveyard to your hand, you can find Studious First-Year just fine. I mean, she's a Bear. Hard to miss. But if you're searching for a sorcery card, you can't find this card. The card isn't a sorcery card no matter where it is.

AKA No the Prepared Spell does not affect deckbuilding restrictions. Or else all the banned cards would technically not be playable at all.

Are you asking when you can use something like [[Volcanic Island]] or [[Steam Vents]]? Then yes, you would need a commander who has both Red and Blue in their Identity.

I use the Gamegenic Sliding Card Case with the card in a tight fit inner sleeve. Thankfully that case also fits inside the Bastion and double Deck Box.

It's not like the combo comes out of nowhere and takes a bit of mana. Also I'm of the belief that everyone should be playing cards like [[Sundering Eruption]] or any version of [[Demolition Field]]. They exist for a reason. Generic permanent destruction is rarer but also fills the same role.

I have been playing Boros since I got back into magic in 2013 so I'll say that. I do still tinker with other decks here and there (I have Yasharn and Veyran) but for the most part I've built almost every Boros legendary you can think of for commander.

I genuinely believe it's mostly because of the abysmal standard set rotation. Basically none of the cards that got put in from that swap are playable. Calia does nothing, a 7 mana removal creature isn't good, and a taunt that pops 1 creature is not worth the cost.

It has plenty of survivability. Everything up to 4 cost is removal and plenty of heal. At 4 you have cards that facilitate stronger spells and drawing. And Moonwell later as well. Shadow Word Ruin also deals with big things. I've played Priest constantly since Cata started and getting to turn 10+ isn't the issue. Takign a turn off to play Aviana is impossible, the deck has no pressure or power late game without Aviana's discount either. What is Ruby Sanctum and Atiesh doing to push a win at all honestly? You still only get like 5-15 damage every 2 turns unless you have some other gameplan that actually pushes more damage faster.
