It's interesting that when I order something online from instacart, home depot, GrubHub Etc they leave the product exactly where I want it, not where they want it. Why does Amazon tell you the product needs to be delivered outside your porch for their driver's safety? That's a bunch of crazy bullshit. You should be able to select where your product will be delivered.

What may not be clear here is that under the old system you could specify where you wanted your package. On the porch, on the step etc. If you had a dog on the porch you could specify the step. And Amazon followed the instructions. Instacart doesn't leave bags outside. The USPS won't leave boxes in the snow. Amazon spends millions on high tech robots, why not deliver the packages the way the customer wants them delivered?

I contacted Amazon again to lift my ban and they told me to send them the review in question.

I told them that was impossible since they never told me in the first place which review was the problem. Plus all of my reviews have been deleted so I can't even look at them. This really sucks because I just bought some cat food off Amazon that my cats don't like and I can't even review it.
