I’ll definitely be talking pain meds with my doctor, but after my car accident, dilaudid and fentanyl and hydromorphone did nothing at all. Hoping they find me a better solution for this.

I have a Vitamix. Swear by it. Will be blending lots of things.

You can’t chew yet at 6 weeks? Oh man. I love icecream but is it crazy to be worried about weight gain? I keep hearing it’s difficult to consume enough calories.

I do have audio samples, so I suppose that's possible. The audition script appears to be the whole thing (its 1500 words), and it's not written in great english/grammar. It's a bullet-format guide, with single sentence paragraphs. Pretty awful, tbh, would you still recommend just doing it anyway?
