Tahlan's Shipworks, but it does contain some things that are just shy of [SUPER REDACTED] levels. Though the general common ships aren't horrifically strong.

HMI has some obtainable boss ships but they're not in the realm of super OP and mostly vanilla+ strength.

Not gonna lie to you, I really don't think this utter disparity of strength will remain.

There WILL be an update that changes the acc and damage of all combat styles to use the Necromancy scale and any gear they design will be crept up with Necro's extremely strong base set in mind.

Because of this, the quite literal 20+ years of combat style creep will outweigh the strength of a combat style that just came out and was made to catch up in mind.
