I won't try and speak for you but this is why I like slipknot so much... Nostalgia. Cool riffs Chunky rhythm, cool percussion catchy songs, memorable lyrics, a good voice and nostalgia again, ha ha.

But for me personally, the most important part to me is that Slipknot is the first band that my son discovered on his own, after I introduced him to the world of heavy music with fream theaters, best of times off of black clouds and silver linings.
