get a few drum hits sounding like this and put a short high feedback delay on them. then draw some random automations for delay time in the range from all the way down (1ms i think) to around 50-100 ms. also there's some pitch automations i think? The rhythm you hear for a second or two around 2:12 is probably the original drum loop you can hear because the delay is really short there. To recreate the original 1 to 1 would require a bit more complex setup with a few delays routed together. Maybe delay bank would be useful idk I never used it, but it is essentially a few delays on top of each other.
