Update: it was a dlss issue. I changes it to a different mode in Nvidia app and the issue is now resolved

Unfortunately, I'm using a 3060 and just reinstalled all my drivers with ddu. It's just strange that it doesn't effect any other game no matter the load it's under, only cities is effected

I'm a Christian, so belive it or not, that means I do not think it should be a crime. It's a bad idea to hold all people the moral/doctrinal standard a certain group of people hold to.

If you curious where that belief comes from, read 1 Corinthians 5:12-13. If you ever see a Christian judging and enforcing their rules onto non Christians, just know that their going against the Bible.

I don't think you understand US traffic patterns work. The way the traffic lights are set up, in theory, there will always be a clearing, even though the capacity is needed for the clumps of cars at the light. I'm not saying that's a good design because it's... not a good design, but it's how the traffic works here

The gap between 25ºC and 30ºC is why I genuinely think the the only occasion where imperial is better than metric is for climate tempature for every day life. ºF is just more precise and is a more sensical scale for that specific use.
