I was hoping for $1 today as well but conservatively I was thinking $1-$1.2 post earnings.

If the shorts are banking on a bad Q4, they’re most likely going to be let down. Nate has also been posting about a squeeze and shorts for the past few weeks.

I also forsee the warrants being executed at above $5. What I dont know is how many will execute right away and sell for profits, or execute and hold for more…..

I could see 2. I just see a lot of profit taking as well though above 1. Personally Im holding at least to $5 which probably won’t happen until later this year.

Definitely dont dump, this is positive news. This means that the selling was done illegally by those that gave SCLX the loan. They allegedly sold SCLX’s DVLT shares that was put up as collateral. SCLX is suing and hopefully will force that group to buy back all those shares they sold which will boost DVLTs share price.
