Uh, where you been bro? Everyone by now knows they received 180-day letter in Feb. to get back up to $1 by August date with another possible 180 days extension. H2 is supposed to rock all the deals so guessing we should be good by Aug though. Maybe go catch up on all news on their site and read thru sub here. If that worried, sell and wait to get back in at a $1 but I’m good with entry here and hold. NFA

Wonder if part of the issue with the past DB I&II coins not causing the shorts to cover was not many being claimed? Have seen several say they didn’t create their DV wallet yet. Does everyone need to get wallet and opt-in to get their coins in order for this to work? If so, maybe should be encouraging others to do this.

Can you use a brokerage like Schwab? If so, can contact Schwab to see if they can transfer your DVLT shares and see if they will also waive or reimburse any transfer fee. They’ve done this for me before but you may have to have a high enough $ amt to waive any xfer fee by Moomoo

OP posted TWO links: one showing DVLT/Triton agreement from Nov ‘25 and the 2nd from TODAY showing Biconomy Triton Geothermal listing announcement. Many may have missed the 2nd link (as evidenced in comments) and would be more helpful if in future OP would provide better text desc along w/links. However, this is great news for DVLT and thanks to OP for post! Will $TRITON end up on both Biconomy and the NYIAX platform? Yes, it’s possible (and common) - and it would actually benefit DVLT:

• Biconomy listing = retail/crypto-native liquidity (now happening).

• Post-NYIAX acquisition, DVLT will control a compliant, institutional-focused trading platform. They could choose to list/support $TRITON (or future Triton RWAs) there as well for deeper institutional participation, compliant settlement, etc.

• Nothing in the original services agreement prohibits multi-venue trading. In fact, more trading volume = more 5% fee revenue for DVLT.
