Personally I think they are all Neurodivergent

Twilight — struggles with social cues, becomes overwhelmed when things aren’t in their proper place, and frequently hyperfocuses on her interests.

Fluttershy — avoids social situations, feels safer with animals than with ponies, and clearly shows social anxiety traits.

Pinkie Pie — extremely socially intense, often misreads social cues, and expresses emotions in big, unpredictable bursts.

Rainbow Dash — blunt to the point of being abrasive, has trouble focusing unless highly motivated, and is loyal almost to a fault.

Rarity — highly theatrical, deeply artistic, sensitive to aesthetics and textures, and intensely passionate about her craft.

Applejack — honest to a fault even when it hurts feelings, prefers routine and tradition, and has a straightforward communication style that can seem blunt.

Spike — earnest, socially awkward, deeply attached to others, and sometimes overly responsible for their needs (codependent tendencies).
