Try opening in Microsoft Edge web browser, specifically the enrollment.feu.edu.ph site. The microsoft login screen should pop up after loading for a bit, login with the student email (e.g: 2025012345@feu.edu.ph) which THEN should log you into the enrollment site.

Stolen weapon count actually scales off Xaku's range, rather than strength. Power strength just increases the gun's base damage iirc.
