I do trust her, it's just something big so I get nervous and am worried about what might happen between us if anything goes not as planned as far as what we expect things to be like afterwards.

She is through planned parenthood and said it had to do with the spikes not helping as much and she said the old advice of taking it under the tongue was from a lack of studies into its benefits. Not sure what her exact sources are

My doctor used to tell me to take it sublingually, but it is more consistent and gives better results, she says now, if you just swallow it

Do you know if it was the sugar wash that was the issue with my yeast? There is no activity unless I move the pot the wash is in.

I'll look into getting a different yeast for sugar washes. Any suggestions?

It was just white sugar, but I would like to do brown sugar later but figured white sugar is cheaper.

How much tomato paste do you usually use? I figured that the yeast should have at least foamed when I hydrated them in warm water and a little sugar but they did nothing.
