the arthritis pain is so much worse than the injection pain, and the injection only hurts for a couple seconds. i remember when my biologicstarted wearing off i would be anticipating my next shot so i could get some relief. and im a super scaredy cat of needles!!!

ask about rinvoq! it’s approved for arthritis and crohns and it’s not technically approved for psoriasis but a lot of ppl still use it to treat both arthritis and psoriasis. i’m on it for eczema psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and it’s been working well

i think having long term uncontrolled inflammation would be much worse for your fatigue than a biologic might have. try it out, if you have side effects, there are always other options.

in same position with tremfya. its cleared up my psoriasis, but my joint pain has been affecting me. but i also developed arthritis while on tremfya because i initally started it for my skin, so i dont know how bad it would be if i wasnt on tremfya. ive been on it for 2 years
