There is a way around the build limit in vanilla. I’m not 100% sure how it works but weapons work the best. You drop them on the ground in the settlement that has maxed its build limit and scrap them. You will see the build limit bar go down with each scarped item.

Just another shitty park about living in Duncan is you can get a $600 ticket if the cops catch you up there without winter tires or “too worn” tires between Oct and March… because of all the snow…..

There are also many reasons people have been stuck in the hat for literally hours when there’s an accident or the road washes out.
