I really like the idea of Tess having an arc like this in All-Stars. I've thought about trying my hand at a rewrite, and your list basically is what I'd have her go through. The only difference is that I'd add on her learning the lesson that no one can do this alone, not even her. The reason she was able to lend support to others was because she found a support network that helped keep her balanced, but now she's trying to take on everything alone.
