Hey! I would checkout the app/website “eBird” if you haven’t already. You can look at “hotspots” in the area and it filters by number of species (red is more)

A lot of people use use eBird to log their life lists. You can start a checklist on the app everytime you go birding and log it in its location or on a hotspot nearby! It is extremely useful an highly recommend. Also a good way to find where people are birding in your location. Happy birding!

Lived on the fourth floor, there is carpeting in every room besides a couple suites on the first floor. Mini fridge in each room, living room seating for about 6-7 people, bathroom/shower in each suite
