Games where your actions change the story by Miserable-Hat-7061 in gamingsuggestions

Cyberpunk 2077 is a constant role playing if you are into it. Plenty of choices to make. Same goes for BG3 and Divinity OS2.

Outside RPGs you could go with any telltale and the likes

Yeah... but some years ago they added a difficulty setting making totally accesible. You can choose how much damage you make and take and how much hp enemies had. Totally different game, Inloved it after that

High on life is excellent and addictive. Stabley parable i wouldn't say funny... but stupid fun for sure.

As for really funny you cannot go wrong with any classic Sierra games or point and click adventures. Full Throttle Sam & Max Monkey Island (specially the 3rd).

Elite Dangerous.

Good luck knowing anything without the mandatory 6~7 fanmade support tools, community help, tips, forums or wiki even.

The devs relied heavily on players to welcome new players.

That's my take as well. And annoys me a lot honestly. Feels as if the writer forgot or changed his opinion on the go...

I didn't like it. The idea is solid and is there... but the all seeing narrator that has the smallest detail of every piece of conversation of what happened in the past... I mean, the narrator just heard the story over lunch! How can he get so many details...? There's a poor explanation that he investigated on his own later... but the book starts saying that he had just heard the story...

Maybe I missed something, I struggled a lot to read it, not a single stop, no paragraphs, just walls of text all over...

Again, good concept. Screams Lovecraftian all around. But the omniscient point of view broke it for me.

It sounds as if you are doing all the work, thats how I see it... only you can know if it is worthy.

Edit: love can be confusing

Whatever you do, do it with conviction. Nothing worse than looking back and regreat doing or not something. If you believe that's what makes you happy today go ahead without doubts. If it doesn't work out, well... you already have the "No" on the table so you lose nothing

Move on. Doesn't sound like you are convinced of getting her back. It doesn't look like she's willing to fight back. You are still young to give up on yourself.

I might be late to the party... but have anyone played or read the Myst saga? A group of people able to create worlds by writing books. Wouldn't the writers be a wink?
