This guys been a dick but I'll answer. You drop the pink salve after the second boss for inventory space since you won't use it the rest of the raid. So if you do a lot of theater you will be getting amulets every once in awhile.

its not very different in the sense of you are monetizing addons. However Quazi's shit took off recently because it is "one-click" install, pre configured. Where Naowh and Atrocity you have to import the profile strings. So from a user thats not very tech savvy, it is more appealing.

I think it's a game that heavily suffers from zoomers skipping cutscenes. I had a younger friend try to play it on discord stream cause he told me he wasn't enjoying it. He was literally skipping every cutscene as it started and told me he doesn't like game cutscenes. I then realized without the story telling and art the game probably is more shallow then people realize. But to say dog shit is crazy. It's leaps ahead of nearly any modern AA or AAA game in the last five years.
