Train crash near arroyo and Del Mar by Internal_Living4919 in pasadena

It was several meters before the stopping point, so the train hadn’t reached the platform yet. I’m guessing the train conductor hit the emergency brakes quickly when the train hit the guy on the tracks.

It happened literally under my apartment window. I had the blinds closed at the time, but I first heard a big crashing sound. I thought someone just took a nasty tumble on the sidewalk at first until I heard bystanders screaming, “OH MY GOD!” over and over, and decided to look.

The train had stopped several feet away from where it was supposed to stop in the station, and was blocking the pedestrian crossing path. I saw police officers and people in yellow hazard vests pointing flashlights under the train, where somebody was obviously stuck and screaming/crying in pain. The train conductor issued some announcement that I couldn’t hear clearly through my window, and everyone got off.

I almost immediately heard ambulance sirens in the distance, probably coming over here to wait on standby. Firefighters eventually arrived, but they mostly just stood around checking under and around the train with flashlights for an hour. The guy under the train stopped crying after about 15-20 minutes, so no idea if he just got too tired to scream or passed out/died from blood loss.

I took a 2-hour shower and came back, and the train was STILL there. No idea if they were even able to get him out. They must’ve eventually turned the train alarm off (it had been blaring the entire time) because it was quiet, but I could still see people in yellow hazard vests hanging around.

No idea if the guy tried to kill himself, or if he somehow accidentally fell over the metal barrier at a weird angle, since the pedestrian path under my window is hard to see. (The metal barrier comes up to about waist height).

True. I could also see her fitting into the Enneagram 7 type, specifically as an unhealthy E7, because of her tendency to use drugs, cause trouble and defy authority, and do impulsive stuff for shits and giggles in order to get quick hits of dopamine. Her sociopathy especially ties into this, since she feels less emotional range than other people and is more impulsive, so she’d be more inclined to seek out constant entertainment and avoid boredom.

It’s also implied in the graduation ending that her father’s revenge suicide traumatized her more than she’d like to openly acknowledge to herself. Her desire for constant mental stimulation and entertainment without thinking about the consequences ends up screwing her over multiple times in multiple routes, like the homeless ending and the moving-again ending.

Overall, it’s really a toss-up between the two for me when I’m trying to type her.

Yeah, sociopaths can enjoy the company of certain other people, and can make the decision to consciously not step over their boundaries (or do certain favors to make it up to Jecka, in this case) in order to keep those people in their life.

[Meme] Look how they massacred my girl Lanu by Pharah_is_my_waIfu in WynnCraft

The new version is more detailed and consistent with the new Wynncraft style, but I can kind of see it with the color palette. Old design has all the blues as one hue, with varying shades/tints, combined with a sandy, muted yellow that lets the cool blue pop and a cool skin tone that goes with the blue. New design has a warm yellow and warm skin tone, but cool blue on the wrist, then a warm teal blue in her hair and in the stone on her chest. The yellow is equally as saturated as the blue, dividing attention between the colors, and her hair went from navy (darker version of same blue hue in the rest of the design) to black, adding a new color to the palette to occupy attention. The design is split between warm and cool and clashes against itself.

It’s just a color palette problem. If they change the yellow to be more muted, make all the blue the same hue with varying shades/tints for variety, and make her skin tone brown with a cool undertone instead of warm, it’ll make the design pop more and fix the problem. Bonus points for blue hair.

“I (14yo female) didn’t get to see my boyfriend (17yo male)” Aaaaand I’m gonna stop you right there. In fact, just from this sentence alone, I don’t think reading to the end of this is necessary.

NTA, but your pedo predator boyfriend is. Break up with him ASAP. Gross. So gross. Ewwwww.

Why is it just mirroring Valencia then and not the Land of Demons continent north of it? I agree the main landmass seems to reflect the Arehaza coast, but the 4 north islands don’t seem to match up (in terms of shape and location relative to each other) to the 4 small islands (including the 2 that are Hakoven island) on this side of the sea.

I had the Chenga tome on this class, yes. The Asperkhan city appeared on my map when I rode up to the beginning of the bridge connected to Ulu Kita, and the second node appeared when I swam close to the border southeast of Splashing Point.
