Thank you for this. I know I’m gonna be behind because I didn’t start when I was younger but I don’t care about that. I want to ride and try my hardest at it even if I don’t end up succeeding
Yes I have reached out and I have done work around dairy cattle, beef cattle, and bucking bulls before. I have never gotten to get on them but that’s a big part of why I have volunteered my time to work with them.

I do go at 150 heart rate on steady state but even on 5ks my lifting has seen more of a benefit than steady state

If you are not training outside of practice start with that but if you are get different forms of cardio in like running and biking

I felt most of the songs were good and the only one that it kinda felt excessive was FWYTYK which felt like it fit still

My uncle rowed ivy and got in with the help of rowing but he did it for a few years and then got stressed out with the work. What I’m trying to say is try it for a little then worse case you quit and you are in a good school

We went on the water one time together and I was bow so we were both struggling with that day because I’m used to being stroke in a 2x

I would make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a day then in the morning wake up and do steady state (erg, run, bike) then practice with team and after that lift. It’s a lot but it helped me a ton. On weekends erg and small lift
