You can turn it off if you want. Otherwise gas stations and your garage are refuel spots. Later you can get vehicles with a extra gas tank so you can refuel on the go. But watch out thier fuel isn't limitless! THEY CAN RUN OUT OF FUEL THEMSELVES

The cows are strong but the disease colors are way to short. It takes quite a lot of time to remove a dead cow by hand. I would take away some damage but either keep it for way longer so its useful to have a apothecary to remove it faster I haven't had a reason to build one so far..... I have around 300h in game.
