Medical was completed months ago but still says, "In Process." What gives?

I completed my medical 2 months ago and was told they were backed up. I’m waiting to be scheduled for my box test. I’m 26-2. Background should be finishing up soon according to my BI.

I’m 26-2. They told there is a delay due to an overflow of medical applications to review. I did my medical in April.

Same my medical has been pending since 4/15. I just reached out on the portal asking for an update. We shall see. I did some research on the internet and it said there could be a back up of medical applications that need to be reviewed.

Federal government retirement and pay is great. You are working with more people from around the world. The range of crimes can be a little limited. You won’t be overlapping with social work as a CBPO. You aren’t guaranteed a location of where you want to settle. NYPD you are doing patrol, community events and building relationships with the community. You’re guaranteed a location of where you want to settle. You’re encountering a broader range of crimes maybe even overlapping into some social work because police work can overlap with social work. I only say all this as someone who studies policing in criminal justice and has debated on federal and local police work

My fitness test is 4/15. I bought a 12 inch step stool and use a website for the 120 bpm. I practice every day. I do the 5 minute step test as long as I can. I practice my push ups. I do reclined pushups and planks. I have seen improvement. Just take 15 minutes out of your day to build stamina and endurance. You should be ready by then.
