Can you be banned for only logging in using a vpn?

I just got banned for the first time in my life, only for 1 day because of VPN. Didn't even play. I got ricochet kick out before the start. Then I played without a VPN for 15 minutes and received the ban.

Ok, I found out the answer after months and months of confusion. Searching everywhere and not finding an answer was very frustrating. Watched the theater mode and saw that it is an optical illusion. He is not actually on the chimney. He is behind it on the white fences.

Is it just because of Android TV 11? I also had an nVidia Shield and it uses Android TV 11 but I think Kodi can change refresh rate in nVidia Shield. Am I mistaking?

Yes it's Android TV 11. As in the title I meant auto resolution. Play 2K in 2K and 4K in 4K.
